Hi, I'm Marisa Santoro
I'm a former tech executive with a two-decade career on Wall St. Today I am a career coach, author, corporate leadership trainer and TEDx speaker as well as the CEO and founder of the career platform, In Our Shoes.
My work is not based on academic research, theory or feel-good advice. It is based on two decades of navigating as a business leader and leading with influence at every level: midcareer, senior leader and executive. The proven leadership system I teach is also based on years of coaching professionals in all of those shoes.

What kind of professional is this course designed for?
The course is tailored for midcareer professionals, senior leaders, executives, consultants and emerging leaders across areas of expertise in corporate, health care, nonprofit and government.
At what times do we meet for the live class sessions?
Live classes are held once a week, every other week. Choose from an afternoon or evening. Once registered, just let us know which time works best for your schedule.
What is the format of each live class?
The sessions are held interactively and webinar style with a dedicated audio line for phone dial-in (international conference lines sent). There is no video "zoom" interface required. Class times generally run for 90-minutes. Depending on the number of questions asked, they can sometimes run longer. You are free to jump off should you need to end early as all calls are recorded for later replay within the week.
What if I'm unable to attend and miss a class?
You will receive a video replay recording after every live class to catch up! You can also pop in to speak with me during office hours in between class weeks.
Aside from attending the live classes, how else am I supported in the program?
Every week you will receive accountability check-ins as a reminder of any commitments you have shared. You will also have the opportunity to jump in on weekly office hours each week to ask a question and seek extra guidance.
Do you offer a self-paced online learning format of this course?
Yes! How does the BONUS strategy planning session work?
This is a private small roundtable action-planning session that will be scheduled immediately following the live course.
