This will be held as a live interactive 90-minute masterclass where you will choose one area of your life where fear is stopping you from growth. Many people let fear stop them from taking the necessary steps to achieve their goals, you're not alone.  Successful people, feel the fear but don’t let it keep them from doing anything they want to do—or have to do. They understand that fear is something to be acknowledged, experienced, and taken along for the ride.  Together we will  work through a toolkit of breakthrough methods to deal with fear and take action.

Professionals who have attended this program lead very busy lives between work, family and travel for example. For these reasons, you have access to every module in the course each week to replay and access all assignments at any time. There is no expiration of time when you can return to the course modules,

Also, and as an added bonus, you can join our coaching calls and action huddles that are held following each class.  You can also pop in to speak with me during office hours in between class weeks. 

 You can show up to simply “listen in” or jump in with a quick question or ask about the content you have missed. Many join simply for the motivation of being around others and hearing their individual challenges.

After running this program many times, we've listened and learned! It's  and why we've built into the calls, action huddles as well as coaching  throughout our time together. There is a consistent open line of communication to support you throughout whenever you need to catch up.

Doing work that you are passionate about will take as much time and a lot less energy than the work we do not enjoy and as a rule we become better parents and partners when we follow  a path where we feel purposeful and we’re making an impact, not to mention where you’re being compensated accordingly. 

The course is 8-weeks of live calls followed by a private debrief session to discuss next steps, quick wins you can make and implementation of material learned. 

You are given access immediately after completing enrollment.  We hold a kick off  call at the start to introduce yourself and share where you are currently in your career and where you want to be. This meet and greet call is separate from the live coaching and action huddle calls we hold.

The sessions are held interactively  with a dedicated audio line for phone dial-in  (international conference lines sent). There is no video  "zoom" interface required.   Calls generally run for 90-minutes. Depending on the number of questions asked, they can sometimes run longer.  You are free to jump off should you need to end early as all calls are recorded for later replay within the week.
