Are you or your leaders struggling with confidence at work?
How can you consistently feel confident in your day-to-day interactions, when you’re speaking with your clients, management, peers and team?
Up until now, I’ve never shared this resource and confidence strategy outside of clients in our training and coaching programs. And *warning*, it feels a little odd and uncomfortable at first; it’s meant to.
In this video I share a step-by-step proven method you can use daily to trust yourself and feel confident in what you deliver.
But before I forget, be sure to visit our course library of topics ranging from leadership development, manager training, conflict resolution, Everything DiSC and many more through our curated custom programs.
Back to increasing confidence at work…
It’s called the Mirror Exercise and you guessed it – it requires you to look at yourself in the mirror daily, ideally across 21 days because they say it takes 21 days for any habit to stick. Watch video above and I’ll show you exactly how it’s done.
The reason the Mirror Exercise is so powerful and really transformational is because it’s related to addressing Imposter Syndrome. The number one way to handle Imposter Syndrome is to get out of your head, and that happens to also be a fast path to raising your confidence and your self esteem.
You’ll see what I mean, enjoy this video and if it speaks to you, please share with your leaders and managers who may struggle with confidence at times.
Enjoy!
