This is an unwind and relax-from-city-life weekend, consisting of Gutsy Leadership Speed Networking and Masterminding events In Our Shoes style (lots of event videos to peek at below), over wine and fully catered meals throughout, a 2-hour guided mountain hike, with Aspen-style deluxe room accommodations  amongst an intimate group of motivated professional women like you. Each attendee is given the opportunity to share their business expertise, their challenges and to work through what is holding them back and the action needed in order to advance to the next-level in their career. This events incorporates the proven Gutsy Leadership system to Attract Management, Advance to a Higher-Level and Step into a Leadership role.

Over three days, you will have lots of down time to enjoy all the amenities of the resort along with empowering business mastermind and networking events led by Wall Street IT Executive Marisa Santoro and founder of In Our Shoes.  This is collaboration a la masterminding, learning others gutsy career choices, pitching your ideas with other professional women, and gaining a fresh set of assertive mindset changes you need to make in order to get to the next level in your career.
