What are you tolerating? Clear the Clutter!

Welcome! It's high-time to clear the decks to make room for your breakthrough goals.

When planning anything in life you want to start with a clean slate which allows you to focus on what is in front of you. So, we need to look at where you have messes and incompletes.

1. When we don't handle our irritations, tolerances, messes and incompletes, we are constantly paying attention to them, which distracts us from what we want to create. Things like a messy garage, an incomplete relationship, something that needs painting, organizing or repair. All of these things take our attention away from what we want to focus on, like our goals.

2. We may go into resignation. When we can’t find something we need or we have to tolerate something that is not working, we may feel that if we can’t handle this little thing, how are we going to accomplish our bigger goals? When we don’t complete the past, we can’t be free to fully embrace the present, let alone the future.

Just 3 Things!

Clear the Clutter! Your Environment is everything.

Behind the Scenes with Marisa Santoro

It will never be overnight - we can't overhaul our home to create the perfect space that makes us feel good. We can't clean out our closet in five minutes or repair the broken A/C without some help. I'm asking you to take small steps to creating a space that feels supported. It can be picking a fresh flower and putting it on your kitchen table - this works for me every time. It can be filling a water pitcher with mint leaves and lime and letting it stand overnight so you wake up with a fresh supply of healthy living. Another quick trick I implement to make me feel supported in my life, not through external circumstances or other people, from myself.

Once you pick a spot in one area of your life and commit to clearing your space, energetically you will open up opportunities to arrive. You have answered the call and are committed to your gutsy breakthrough goals.

What can you do right now, in the next five minutes that would make your space feel a supportive one? You can call a friend or neighbor to come over and help you de-clutter! Or hire a high school student for a few hours. There isn't anything you can't do and it doesn't have to cost much to clear the decks for abundance.

Act on whatever shows up from your gut. There's a reason why it's showing up now.

A clearer environment, creates a clearer mind. It's a gutsy move to do this life sweep exercise. You can start with the environment found in your car, your office, your basement, your garage, your bedroom. A student once shared - "Marisa, if I can just clear out the trunk of my car, my life would feel heavenly!" Oh I get it, with two active kids who even though are told repeatedly not to eat in my car, I can feel myself exhale when my local car wash sweeps underneath those seats with a vacuum. I wonder how I don't have creatures feasting in there!

Clarity is power.
