"Since the Success Principles training, I have made the commitment to becoming a better leader and found the program insightful and productive. I have hung up the 10 Success Principles so I can remind myself of upholding them daily. I have thought hard about what I can do differently to see a new set of results and I have come to realize that I first need to become more efficient so I can develop my team. Doing this will unshackle me to dedicate time working alongside the estimators. This interactive online training experience, will allow your remote extended audience to listen in, ask questions and receive full recordings to replay with lifetime access. Meeting participants have shared that they have received more content than they expected in this shorter training format. Allow 90 minutes to 2 hours.
Ideal for groups where participants will encounter peak performance or self-empowerment issues on an on-going basis. Provides the most in-depth coverage of the material available, with voluminous workbook and learning tools included. Allow 12-18 classroom hours.
