Reading Your Body Helps Increase Your Productivity

How can you maintain high energy to accomplish the things that you want in your life, namely your gutsy breakthrough goals? 

One thing that we often don’t consider is our body and its peak performance time. What time of the day do you naturally feel that you’re on your ‘A’ game, where you can knock out what you need, in a particular time of the day?

Is it in the morning or evening?

Are you aware of when your body performs its best?

Because when you are, you can cluster the activities that you need to get done when your body is at its peak performance.

Choose a So your gutsy homework assignment is to pick a time of the day that will be your power 2 hours of just YOU space and YOU time. 

When you choose the time of day when your body is at its most creative, you will churn out your best creative juice and accomplish more in those itty-bitty two hours than if you chose a time of day when you’re at a lower energy where you will drag. In the end it will take you longer to accomplish the same activity. 

A personal share – I never write to you in the afternoon or evening. Every e-mail I draft is written between 7:30 and 9:00 am. Why? Because that’s right after my morning meditation and when I feel channeled.

Increase Your Productivity and Focus at Work

So your gutsy homework assignment this week is to feel into your body and ask yourself when you’ve done your best work and were proud of your results. 

Then set up your life to create that space of time. Whether it be updating your resume, writing, designing, strategizing, thinking, researching, doesn’t matter.  

The more aware you are of the things that work in your life , the more you will systematize your success. 

The more you set boundaries around your time and with those taking your time, the more you will stay aligned to your goals. 

It’s a gutsy move to set your environment up for success. Inevitably you’ll need to have conversations with people sharing your needs and new schedule as well, right?
