First – big THANK YOU to all you inspiring women in the States and abroad for spreading the word about the work I do to successfully move women to higher-levels in their careers and businesses. Last month American Business Journals nominated me as a winner of their “Women of Influence” award, a women’s leadership recognition I shared with others here in NYC.  We were chosen as women who not only have successful business careers, but a strong track record of paying it forward through mentoring, teaching women how to create their own success track records. I was beaming here with my gutsy red heels on!!!

I used to only teach the gutsy moves to help women move on in companies and now cannot believe how blessed I am to also teach how they can take their own business ideas and get out there as an entrepreneur!

You have unique skills too that you may not be self-promoting to advance as well. There are things you do every day “in your sleep” which you could be taking for granted. Once I stepped up and recognized what I do effortlessly and with passion, that’s really when the flood gates opened.
