Faith, not Fear

MarisaSantoroHave 7 minutes to get Unstuck?

playbutton_soundToday’s topic is on having anxiety when stepping into a work situation where you are completely frozen. Frozen with fear. This is where something or someone shoots you down or the low level energy in the room is so intense that any meeting you are involved in will go south no matter what.  or how about when everyone is contributing to a work discussion and you sit there and remain silent because you don’t feel confident enough to share your thoughts? Been there and am hearing it more and more from the women I work with as well.

First, you are not weak.
Second, you are not defined by other people’s opinion of you.
Not on my watch.
This is a step-by-step of exactly what you need to do to TAKE ACTION and STAY in FAITH. If you are feeling doubtful, suffering from limiting beliefs, lacking confidence in what you are expert at, then listen here when you’re next on your commute to work.
Don’t underestimate yourself, you are stronger than you give yourself credit for!
