How to Believe in yourself, be Confident and move ahead.

Warning, special note coming your way, partly because it’s Friday but mostly because I believe in you. ; )

If there are times when you don’t feel as confident as you would like, then let me share with you one action item this week, which will get you on the path to breaking that pattern. You can consider it a program interrupt thing because we have all been there, so if I may,  I’d love to help you to kick that self-doubt to the curb whenever it shows up. Sound good? : )

This is about your belief system. Your thoughts about how you see yourself.  Because that’s what’s holding you back from the thing you want most in your career and/or personal life.

I’m giving you an exercise today (a la this video) which I promise will shift how you see yourself. The video here will explain more. But first, you should know you are very normal. Every one of my students have been exactly where you are once. By doing this ONE thing they have gotten amazing breakthroughs and is the very reason why I’m still doing what I love most – supporting professionals to be confident, self-promote and attract new opportunities.

You see you don’t have to push so hard to get “unstuck”. I invite you to read my story HERE, my defining moment. Because this is not just my story and you are not alone. We’ve all been there. This is what all the buzz in the media means around the word leadership. It simply means leading – leading the life you want. However, here we believe in order to get that life, you need to lead with your gut instinct otherwise known at In Our Shoes as Gutsy Leadership. That’s how it works.  : )

It’s not about your career or making more money.  Those things will come. It’s about believing in yourself which impacts every area of your life, It’s what attracts people into your life and opportunities to your door. That’s the secret sauce, but you have to do the work. I am so excited to share this with you!

Enjoy and have a wonderful weekend.
